The first video we have is my all time favorite source of inspiration for anything. The main point this video presents is that no matter how hard things may get, always keep getting back up.
Giving up is not an option. Keep going and you will eventually see your desired results. Click play and don’t be surprised if you have a few tears in your eyes at the end.
How amazing was that transformation? I remember watching that video years ago and it has always motivated me to stick with yoga.

Our next video is more than just an “arms balance” tutorial. It’s very inspiring because Michael Taylor talks about the proper mindset that we should all develop during our yoga practice.
